Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner Celebrating Haiti

According to the Huffington Post, Kim and her mother/manager, Kris Jenner (far left), traveled with their friends, including Maria Bello, (2nd from right) and actress Patricia Arquette (far right), “to experience the Haiti that Maria has come to know and love through her organization, We Advance.”

In a letter published on weadvance.org, Kim writes:

We came to celebrate the thousands of Haitian women who are working tirelessly every day to bring economic and social justice to all people in Haiti. So to them we say: we are humbled and moved to have been with you and to tell the world about your grace. We are proud to tell the world your stories.

Angela And Vanessa Simmons Host Pastry Skate & Charity Event

On Friday afternoon, Angela and her sister Vanessa hosted a Roller-skate charity event at the Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale, California. For the event Angela kept it girlie and fun in a pink tank top, multicolored rara skirt, white knee high socks and pink roller blades, while Vanessa wore a black shirt laced with pearls, black trousers and black long boots.

The charity event which also served as a launch party for their new collection the ‘Pastry Lite Shoe’ included celebrity appearances by Nick Cannon and popular comedian Luenell. As part of the charity event attendees were asked to bring along gifts to donate for the Toys 4 Tots foundation.

News: Guy Goes On Shooting Spree In Hollywood After Break Up With His Girlfriend

Last Friday while folks in Hollywood were getting ready for the weekend, a distraught man walked into the busy and popular intersection of Sunset and Vine in Los Angeles’ celebrity-filled district and began shooting at passing vehicles and bystanders. It took a while for most bystanders to react as they thought it was part of a movie set.
The shooter, Tyler Brehm, was an unemployed 26 year old who had recently moved to Los Angeles and had just went through a break up with his girlfriend of four years. She told the local news that he had started taking drugs and had been really stressed out lately.

Brehm injured three people, including a 40 year old music industry executive who was driving his Mercedes through the interception. When he ran out of ammunition, he pulled out a knife and began screaming, ‘Kill Me, I want to be killed’. He got his wish as officers who were called to the scene opened fire and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to his friends, he wasn’t a bad guy, he just got fed up.

Fantasia, who’s kept a relatively low profile since she announced that she was pregnant this past Summer, gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on Monday. She delivered her baby, affectionately named ‘Dallas’, in a North Carolina hospital two full weeks before her original due date of December 29th.

Back in October, Fanny and friends celebrated her upcoming birth with a baby shower scheduled on the same date as her boyfriend Antwaun Cook and his wife’s wedding anniversary.

News: Gucci Mane Released From Jail

Gucci Mane is a free man for the upteenth time now that he’s been released from a Fulton County jail cell.

According to XXL, Gucci was released Sunday December 11 after being sentenced to six months for battery and disorderly conduct.

The East Atlanta rapper previously pleaded guilty to pushing a woman out of a moving car after she denied his sexual advances.

Speaking on his most recent release, the rapper has expressed remorse and is hopeful that this will be his last incarceration.

“This is the last time I think I’ll ever be in jail,” said Gucci to XXL. “It was a time for me to sit back and just refocus the whole way I do things, man. The times away from my fans just made me want to grind, get in the studio, go to my shows and appreciate my job and what I do now.”

David Robinson played the game with fire and unmistakable poise. His on-court persona didn’t, however, match his placid demeanor outside the gym. Many know him as Mr. Robinson, the moniker bestowed on him by a famous Nike campaign, while others knew him as the Admiral – a name derived from his service for the U.S. Naval Academy. Robinson dominated the hardwood, and perhaps his most awe-inspiring accomplishment was a quadruple-double with more 34 points, 10 assists, 10 rebounds, and 10 blocks against the Pistons in 1994. On the court, he wore a few famous Nike models, including this segment’s RE-Fresh model, the Air Force 180 from 1991. Reebok’s basketball line is best known for the innovation of their Pump technology, which Nike countered with three models of its own, the Air Pressure, the Air Command Force, and the Air Force 180.


These ultra-high top sneakers showcased Nike’s rugged “Force” line of basketball kicks geared for the rigors of the frontcourt. Their lighter, backcourt kicks worn by the likes of Scottie Pippen and Ron Harper, comprised the “Flight” series best known for their sleek, streamlined design. Robinson’s game was refined and technically sound, as he was a powerful 7-footer with an All-American pedigree. Boasting strong grades and a degree in mathematics, Mr. Robinson was the first overall pick in the 1987 draft, though the San Antonio Spurs knew they would need to wait until he served his two years in the Navy as a civil engineer to see him on the court.
